Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration will be May 7, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Kindergarten Registration Requirements:

1. •5 years old on or before September 1, 2012
   

2. •Birth Certificate
   

3. •Child’s Social Security card
   

4. •Health Examination – HRS Form 3040 dated on or after August 20, 2011
   

5. •HRS Certificate of Immunization
   

6. •Proof of Residency, such as a current electricity bill, lease agreement, or notarized statement of residency.
